BRUNEI DECEMBER FESTIVAL 2019

The French Gourmet Cooking Contest registered participation from culinary students of local colleges (Laskamana College of Business and Institute of Technical Brunei Education) and a college in Sabah as well as two teams of aspiring local chefs.  The contest was held in two sessions where the teams performed live cooking to produce complementary starters and main dishes evaluated by selected jury committee.
